Andriy Shevchenko is tired of sitting around doing nothing. According to the specialist, last year he could not imagine returning to sports because of the situation in Ukraine.
And now the former head coach of the national team of Ukraine and Genoa said that he wants to start coaching again.
“In the past months, it was wrong to accept any offers, because my thoughts were elsewhere. But now I am thinking of returning to the work I love,” said Shevchenko in an interview with Corriere della Sera.
Recall that Shevchenko left the post of the national team in the summer of 2021, after which he led Genoa, but did not stay long at the club.
