According to , the new management of SKA-Khabarovsk will not renew the contract with head coach Alexei Poddubsky, under which the army team took 4th place in the FNL and lost in the play-offs against Khimki ( 1:0, 0:3).
There are several candidates to replace Poddubsky, including Tver boss Yevgeny Kaleshin. The specialist is known for his work in the Kuban and the Baltika.
If Kaleshin joins the Khabarovsk team, Alexei Panfilov, who holds a similar position at Tver, will become the club’s new sporting director.
Earlier on Wednesday, SKA-Khabarovsk announced the resignation of the club’s general manager Alexei Kandalintsev, who was replaced by Mikhail Gusev.
