Blancos lose two first-team players ahead of Champions League clash
Midfielders Real Madrid Toni Kroos And Aurélien Tchouameni will not help the Madrid team in the first leg of the 1/8 finals Champions League against Liverpool.
Kroos missed the last two matches of the Blancos in the championship of Spain against Elche (4:0) and Osasuna (2:0). Tchuameni did not play in Pamplona.
In total this season, Tony has made 30 appearances (two goals and four assists) for Real Madrid in all competitions. Aurelien has 26 matches and two assists.
Will be able to play against Liverpool striker Karim Benzema, recovered from injury. Also in Real Madrid’s application for the upcoming match is Ukrainian Andrey Lunin and four players of the youth team: goalkeeper Luis Lopez, midfielders Mario Martin and Sergio Arribas, forward Alvaro Rodriguez.
The match between Liverpool and Real Madrid will take place on Tuesday 21 February. The beginning is at 22:00 Kyiv time. The second leg will take place in Madrid on 15 March.
