Athletistic/ Football. The RFU has clarified the possible performance of the Russian national team of Brazilian legionnaires “Zenith” Malcolm and Claudinho.
Previously, the Saint Petersburg club announced that the players will receive Russian passports.
“First of all, in order to establish whether Malcolm and Claudinho have the right to play for the Russian national team, and also cease to be considered legionnaires, an official letter from the Brazilian Football Confederation is required, which will indicate the matches of these players for the national team,” the RFU statement read.
