Former “Zenith” player Igor Zazulin shared his opinion on the possible naturalization of Brazilians Malcolm and Claudinho.
“For the Russian national team, Malcom and Claudinho are very high quality players, we don’t have our own. In all countries there is a certain naturalization, so it’s completely normal,” said Zazulin told RB Sport.
Earlier it became known that Malcolm and Claudinho will receive Russian passports.
Zenit lead the 2022/23 Russian Championship standings with 42 points from 17 matches.
