Brock has a contract with Cerro Porteño for two seasons and, due to his transfer, Cruzeiro will receive a considerable sum. Due to his early departure, since he had a contract with Cabuloso until the end of the year, the Paraguayan club will have to pay financial compensation, in dollars.

The defender has already made contact with an old acquaintance of Cruzeiro fans, who also plays at Cerro. Marcelo Moreno is one of the most experienced players of the Paraguayan club, who will play in the preliminary phase of the liberators.
