The legendary ex-boxer, together with the Minister of Defense of Germany, inspected new weapons for the Ukrainian army
Former World Heavyweight Champion Vladimir Klichko visited polygon in Germany, where Ukrainian fighters train. The legendary former boxer, together with German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius, examined the equipment on which the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine hone their skills.
Earlier, Vladimir criticized the IOC for the possible admission of Russian athletes to the 2024 Olympics. The ex-boxer argues that a country “that has trampled on the basic principles of international law cannot receive legitimacy and support from an international sports body.”
Klitschko Jr. also published an open letter to the European community, in which he urged not to believe Russian propaganda.
Early on the morning of February 24, Russia launched rocket and air strikes on most Ukrainian cities and then launched a full-scale military invasion. The war against Russia has been going on for 364 days.
