At the moment “Spartak” second in the table and six points behind the leader “Zenith” – this handicap leaves a chance for success. In the Cup, the Red-Whites found themselves in the same group as the Bleu-Blanc-Bleu and left them no chance, ahead of them by two points in total. In the first match with Lokomotiv, Spartak did not show an outstanding game, but achieved a minimal victory, which they will try to defend today.
Lokomotiv failed the first part of the season, showing football of questionable quality from the first rounds. The difficult situation of the coaching staff, where until the end of the first round one mentor replaced another, as well as the lack of motivation of some players, led to the fact that the “railroaders” not only approached the danger zone, but also managed to fall into it.

Lokomotiv, in turn, did not look desperate in the first game, did not create too many chances, but played enough for a goal scored. Today, the “railroad” risk obliges the result of the first meeting, it is logical in such a match to count on the exchange of goals.
