Bezus’ goal takes Omonia to Cypriot Cup semi-finals

Ukrainian accurately hit a penalty at the end of the match with APOEL

Ukrainian midfielder Roman Bezus scored a goal in the match for Omonia V Cyprus Cup.

In the second leg of the 1/4 finals of the National Cup with APOEL (2:0) Bezus came out in the second half and converted a penalty in stoppage time. According to the sum of two matches, the Ukrainian’s goal brought Omonia to the next stage of the tournament.

In total, the experienced midfielder has four goals and three assists in 24 matches for Omonia in all tournaments of the current season.

It should be noted that another Ukrainian from Omonia, Artem Besedin, entered the starting lineup for the match with APOEL and received a yellow card in the first half.
