The last games of the Campeonato Paulista 2023 group stage will be played this weekend. the duel Corinthians x Saint Andrew The 12th round opens this Saturday, the 4th, at the Neo Química Arena, starting at 6:30 pm (Brasília time). The other seven matches will be held on Sunday, 5th, at 4pm.

What is still at stake in the Campeonato Paulista?

A group

After a bad start, Santos still has chances to advance to the knockout stage. For this, Peixe needs to score more than Botafogo. The two teams have the same 14 points, but the team from Ribeirão Preto takes the lead by one more victory. First in the group, Bragantino needs only a draw to confirm the field command.

Group B

With 20 points each, São Paulo and Água Santa are already qualified for the next phase of Paulistão. Tricolor takes the lead on goal difference, and needs a win to confirm command in the knockout stage. The Diadema team needs to score more than the capital team to play at home.

Group C

The key already has Corinthians classified and the boss in the knockout stage. Timão awaits the end of the round to find out its opponent: São Bento (10 points), Ituano (9) or Ferroviária (8).

Group D

The group has the two best Paulistão campaigns in the group stage: Palmeiras (27) and São Bernardo (26). In the last round, the teams fight for the field command in the quarterfinals.

relegation

Inter de Limeira, São Bento, Ituano, Ferroviária and Portuguesa are fighting against relegation in Paulistão. Lusa, bottom of the general classification, is going through the most delicate moment for needing a victory in addition to the setbacks of Ferroviária and Ituano or the defeat of São Bento. Internacional, on the other hand, depends only on a draw to save itself.
