Small editorial background. In recent days, my colleague and friend Marco Conterio was going to write in a regular TMW editorial about Catanzaro promoted to Serie C. The only doubt: the risk that the topic associated with the third series, brought to the media dealing with football at the highest level on a national scale, may bring few readings. Moral of the story: This was one of the most read editorials of the week. What does this teach us? Apart from the great path of training in Calabria to promotion, this Serie C could be a topic of interest at the highest level. After all, Catanzaro is deservedly talked about even outside of Italy. A useful reminder that a maligned C can be interesting for everyone, especially if done right, as Noto’s backer company understands.
