The Ukrainian beat the Swiss Jakub Paul in straight sets
Ukrainian tennis player Vitaly Sachko advanced to the second round of the tournament ATP Challenger in Swiss Lugano.
The Ukrainian defeated the Swiss Jakub Paul in straight sets, who received a wild card. Vitali took four submissions of the opponent, losing two of his own.
Sachko made it to the main draw of the tournament in Lugano through qualification. In the first round of selection, the Ukrainian beat Timofey Stepanov from Switzerland. In the final, Sachko defeated Edas Butvilas from Lithuania in three sets.
Recall that another Ukrainian Oleksiy Krutykh performs in Lugano. The first racket of Ukraine in the opening match beat the eighth seeded Jelle Sells from the Netherlands. In the second round, Krutykh will play Otto Virtanen from Finland.
