Olga Konovalova was manager of Tambov from 2018 to 2021 until the club went bankrupt. Konovalova and Pavel Khudyakov, who were sports directors of the Tambov team, are accused of fraudulently financing a football club. Tambov’s total debt was over 500 million rubles.
