Turin, March 8, 2023 – Juventus Football Club SpA (the “Company”) announces that today’s meeting of the Board of Directors has decided to postpone the approval of the consolidated financial statements for the half year as of December 31, 2022 until the meeting, which will take place between 22 and 24 March 2023, in order to allow the completion of the cases filed on February 27, 2023 by the Prosecutor’s Office in the context of the criminal proceedings pending before the Judiciary of Turin. The Company will communicate, once a decision is made, the final date for the Board meeting to approve the Consolidated Semi-Annual Financial Statement as at 31 December 2022.
