Cruzeiro lost a lawsuit against a former technician and will need to pay a million-dollar amount for back wages and more; see the numbers!
If on the field everything is going well for the cruise, outside of it the team continues to go through some troubles. The most recent was the conviction in court for losing a case brought by his former coach, Felipe Conceição. The coach sued the club for payment of back wages, labor fines, vacation and 13th.
The sum of the convictions was arbitrated at R$ 1.5 million, but the celestial club can still appeal the court’s decision. The result was announced last Wednesday, 01, when the judge Leonardo Passos Ferreira, from the 38th Labor Court, accepted the requests of the former Cruzeiro technician. Felipe Conceição just didn’t get victory in the judgment of moral damages.
