Roman Sharonov took over as head coach “SKA-Khabarovsk” according to the press service of the football club.
The agreement with the 45-year-old specialist is for two years.
Previously, Sharonov led the Kazan “Rubin”. The coach’s last job was with Cyprus “Paphos”, which he left in July last year.
Sharonov is a double Russian champion with a club in Tatarstan, which also owns the country’s Cup and Super Cup.
SKA-Khabarovsk took part in the play-offs for the right to play in the Russian Premier League (RPL) next season, but lost on aggregate to Khimki near Moscow (1-0, 0-3).
