Double on the account of the Poltava forward Seferi
In the match of the 17th round of the championship of Ukraine Veres played a draw at home with Vorskla – 2:2.
The guests won the first half thanks to a goal from striker Taulant Seferi. Immediately after the break, Poltava defender Vasily Kravets scored the ball into his own net. And in the 60th minute Nikolay Gaiduchik put Veres ahead.
Vorskla was saved from defeat by Seferi, who scored the 6th goal in the last 4 matches for the Poltava club.
Veres could snatch victory already in stoppage time, when within two minutes he punched two 11-meter strikes. However, keeper Vorskla Isenko coped with the blows of Klets and Vovchenko.
Veres broke a 5-match losing streak and moved up to 11th place in the standings. Vorskla moved up to 9th position.
On March 18, Veres hosts Dnepr-1, and Vorskla will play at home against Metalist 1925.
