According to him, for security reasons, the players were instructed to wait a few minutes before going to the CT.

About an hour after his announcement on social media, Felipe Melo also posted a video and reported that he arrived safely at the training center. In addition, in the sequence, he released some footage, where it was possible to hear and see the exchange of fire between the police and also the offenders in an area close to Cidade de Deus.

According to the “Globo Esporte” website, this operation slightly delayed the training that would be led by Fernando Diniz, but everything has already been settled and the athletes are preparing for the game against Volta Redonda, which will take place next Saturday, the 18th, at 4 pm (Brasília time). The team needs a win to qualify for the state finals.
