The Ukrainian national football team will try to return to the elite of the League of Nations. This was stated by Sergey Sidorchuk in an interview with the press service of the Ukrainian Football Association.
According to the midfielder, this is the task set by the national team’s coaching staff for the players.
“We’re starting a new tournament. The coaching staff has set the task back to League A. We’re going to start doing it.
Those who played in Wales rested, and we practiced a bit and did some tactical work, ”Sidorchuk said.
It will be recalled that tomorrow, June 8, the Ukrainian national team in Dublin will start Division B of the League of Nations with a match against Ireland. The match will start at 21:45 Kyiv time.
In the group, along with the “blue-yellow”, the Armenian and Scottish teams are also playing. The winner of the quartet will advance to Division A.
