Germany tied with England in the Nations League match

Southgate’s team walked away from defeat in the 88th minute

In the match of the 2nd round of the group stage League of Nations national team Germany in Munich played a draw with England with a score of 1:1.

In the 50th minute, the score was opened by Jonas Hofmann from the transmission of Joshua Kimmich. Hofmann also scored in the first half, but his goal was disallowed due to an offside position.

Gareth Southgate’s team managed to avoid defeat only in the 88th minute, when the penalty was converted by Harry Kane.

Germany after two rounds has two points to its credit and takes the third place in the quartet. England with one point in last position. Leading the group is Italy.

On June 11, the Germans will play against Hungary, and on the 14th they will play a match with Italy. The British on the same days will play with the Italians and the Hungarians, respectively.
