In a press conference, Tite talked about how Brazil is preparing for the World Cup and which opponents he would like to face before the World Cup
Tite, technician of Brazilian Team, gave a press conference this Monday, 06, after winning the friendly against Japan. When asked about the team’s preparation for the World Cup, the coach said that the Russian Cup made him develop a “thick shell” and that he is much better prepared than for the previous world cup.
“(The first World Cup) It helped me, it brought me thick skin. Is important. This for the Brazilian team is something I never imagined. When you look back and you have a whole trajectory of victories. […] Much better prepared than the first, for sure”said the coach.

The captain was also asked which opponents he would like to face before the World Cup and, without thinking twice, stated that “in a hypothetical world”, he would face any of the European teams, however, as they are “closed”, due to the dispute of the League of Nations, it remains for the Brazilian team to face opponents from other continents.
In a hypothetical world, France, world champion. Let’s put a little more… Germany, England. In the real world now it is not possible”, started saying Tite.
“There is the real and the imaginary, we have to work in the real. So, within the possibilities that we have today are the Africans, the Europeans are closed, the Asians and there is CONCACAF. Anyway, these teams that we have to face and are strong”, completed César SampaioTite’s technical assistant.
Preparation period finished, another step towards the World Cup! It’s time, huh? 🇺🇸⚽🏆
