THE GAME!

The first half between Germany and England was extremely balanced. In the first few minutes, midfielder Kalvin Phillips ended up falling on the pitch in pain after colliding with Schlotterbeck, and needed medical attention. As soon as he returned to the pitch, in the 12th minute, he sat down again and, at the same moment, Müller covered Pickford and scored a beautiful goal, but the referee had already stopped the game for another service to the Englishman.

Germany scored again in the 22nd minute, but again the goal was not allowed. Schlotterbeck threw the defense, the ball passed Havertz and Maguire in dispute in the middle of the field and left clean for Hofmann who, with the free field, took off and moved Pickford and swung the nets. However, the linesman marked offside in the bid.

And after reviewing the VAR the referee awarded the penalty!
