The Moscow Football Federation (MFF) is the best among regional associations in Russia and can compete with the federations of the world’s major megacities, said Sergei Anokhin, who left the post of head of the MFF.
Anokhin previously resigned as a member of the executive committee of the Russian Football Union (RFU) and chairman of the IFF. In April, he took over the management of one of the bookmakers.
