Great day in the Premier League, 29th this 22/23 season. We immediately got off to a strong start with City’s poker against Liverpool when Klopp candidly admitted that he only knows he’s still sitting on the Reds’ bench because of what he’s done in the past. This continued with draws in Nottingham and Brighton, against Wolverhampton and Brentford respectively, and wins for Palace and Bournemouth over Leicester and Fulham. Chelsea are losing at home to Aston Villa and Arsenal are making four at Leeds. West Ham narrowly beat Southampton, while Newcastle scored twice against Manchester United. Finally, in Monday’s rescheduling, Tottenham saw Stellini draw with Goodison Park against Everton.
