The Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation has prepared a draft document that will make it easier for certain groups of citizens to attend MIR RPL football matches. This is stated in the explanatory note to the draft government decree, published on the portal of draft regulatory legal acts.
It should be noted that children under the age of 14 can be identified to receive a fan card remotely via the State Services portal, without going to the MFC. In addition, for pensioners, disabled persons of groups I, II and III and disabled children, it has been proposed to allocate separate ticket offices to ensure their priority service to attend matches with the help of persons in charge of send group requests for the issuance of a supporter card.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin asked the government to take action by May 1 to simplify the use of fan ID systems.
Since the start of the 2022/23 season, the fan card has been mandatory to attend MIR matches of the Russian Premier League at the Ural (Yekaterinburg), PARI NN (Nizhny Novgorod), Rostov (Rostov-on-Don) stadiums, Soviet Krylia (Samara) and Sochi. The remaining arenas joined the project in December 2022.
