Liga B announced last season’s Top 11 for Italian players under 23 today. A formation in which Cremonese dominates with four elements (even if none of them belong), followed by Pisa with two. Cittadella, Crotone, SPAL, Pordenone and Frosinone are the other teams represented. This is a 4-2-3-1 formation:
