Football competitions in Ukraine plan to resume in August
The president Vinnitsa Niva Artur Zagorulko announced the readiness of the club to take part in the next season.
According to him, now is not the best time to talk about the promotion of the club in the class. It is noted that there are only two players on the contract in the team.
“The team will definitely perform. The goal is to save the club, to give young people a chance to prove themselves. After the victory of Ukraine, we will do everything to improve in the class,” Zagorulko said.
The 2021/22 football season in Ukraine ended ahead of schedule due to the invasion of Russian troops into the country. Niva is located on the eighth position in the final standings of group “A” of the Second League.
Earlier, the President of the Ukrainian Football Association, Andriy Pavelko, said that all football competitions in Ukraine are planned to be resumed in August.
