“Thanks for the compliments. Thank God, we managed to win this match, because it is always very important to start with a victory. As for my goal, I’m a little disappointed that it wasn’t counted. The first goal for the national team, also such … But it’s good that we got three points, ”Kacharaba said.
“I think it was only offside, because I didn’t play with my hands, but played with the body. Perhaps the opponent did not expect that I was behind him, rather imposingly fell. I was already aimed at the goal, it turned out to be a beautiful goal, which, unfortunately, was not counted.
“In the first 10-15 minutes there was excitement because it was the first official game for the national team for many players. There were a lot of young players on the field, but all the guys coped with the emotions.”
“We were preparing for the game according to this scheme. Even during the preparation for the matches with Scotland and Wales, we modeled the opponent’s game when attacking according to the 5-4-1 or 3-4-3 scheme. We were introduced. With every touch of the ball, our game got better, the excitement disappeared. I hope that we brought to life everything that was intended.
“Now we will prepare for the next match. All the guys performed well. For the coaching staff it will be a headache who to put. I think that everyone who played today deserves to play in the next matches.”
In the next match of the “B” division of the League of Nations, Ukraine in Lodz will play with Armenia on June 11.
