Viktor Skripnik is the new head coach of Vorskla. This was reported by the official website of the Poltava club. The mentor will perform his duties from the first of July, immediately after completing the contract with his current club – Luhansk Zorya.
Details of the agreement were not disclosed. The press service of Poltava residents also said that “Skrypnyk hopes to compete with Vorskla for the top position in the Premier League.”
Recall that Viktor Skrypnik was the head coach at Werder Bremen, Latvian Riga, and together with Zorya he became the bronze medalist of the Ukrainian championship for two consecutive years (2019/20, 2020/21) and reached the cup final ( 2020/21).
