The blue-yellow hat-tricks scored Trakht and Korenchuk. Also, Lyalka, Borodai, Merezhko and Morozov scored goals.
This is the second match between Ukraine and the national team of Latvian clubs. The first confrontation also ended with the victory of the Ukrainian team — 6:3.
Earlier, the Ukrainian national team beat Hungary twice in preparation for the 2023 World Cup. Further, the team of Vadim Shakhraichuk in Vilnius will play twice with Lithuania (April 18 and 19).
The 2023 World Championship in division B1 will be held in the capital of Estonia from 23 to 29 April. The rivals of the Ukrainian national team will be Japan, Estonia, China, Serbia and the Netherlands.
