UEFA could punish the German Football Union for the fact that the men’s team played as a women’s team – media

Men’s Germany national team wore a women’s uniform for the Nations League game against England (1-1), for which the German Football Union can now be sanctioned, according to the Footyheadlines site.

The German national team wore only two stars instead of the required four: the women’s team won two world titles (2003, 2007) and the men’s four (1954, 1974, 1990, 2014).

The official UEFA kit rules state that all men’s or women’s national teams can wear a star on their kit for each World Cup title. At the same time, men’s teams cannot wear the stars of women’s and women’s – men’s teams.
