By decision of the office of the executive committee of the Russian Football Union (RFU), the regulations on the system of material support for referees and inspectors of the RFU were approved, reports the press service of the union.
“From now on, RPL referees will be able to receive funds to compensate for medical costs, expenses of a psychologist and matches missed due to illness or injury,” the RFU said in a statement.
Earlier on Friday, the RFU Executive Committee Office approved the structure of the RPL calendar for the 2022/23 season. The Russian Championship starts on July 17, 2022 and ends on June 3, 2023.
