Blue-and-yellows won the first victory in the tournament
Ukrainian national ice hockey team crushed Serbia in the second match at the 2023 World Cup in Division IB — 7:0.
The first period went without goals. The Ukrainians managed to open an account in the second 20-minute period, Daniil Trakht scored. And two minutes later the majority was realized by Vadim Mazur.
In the final period, Ukraine completed the defeat of a demoralized opponent, scoring five more goals. The overall difference in throws also showed the complete superiority of the blue-yellows – 66:10.
Recall that in the first match at the 2023 World Cup, the Ukrainians lost to China in overtime (4:5). Vadym Shakhraichuk’s team is second in the division with four points. In the next match, Ukraine will meet with Estonia on April 26.
