Belgian goalkeeper misses practice but is on the mend
Real Madrid goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois still not cured of gastroenteritis, but he must return to the match of the 32nd round La Liga vs. Almeria 29 April.
Courtois, Luka Modric and Asensio missed the team’s practice today, MadridXtra reported, but they are close to recovery.
Recall that the Ukrainian goalkeeper Andrei Lunin played in the last match between Blancos and Girona due to illness of the main goalkeeper Courtois. Lunin conceded four goals from the team of Ukrainian Viktor Tsygankov.
This season, Lunin has 12 matches for the Blancos in all tournaments, four of which ended without conceding goals.
Real Madrid are second in La Liga, 11 points behind Barcelona.
