Paris Mayor Anne Hidalgo said management PSG offered 38 million euros for the purchase of a home stadium.
Earlier media reported that the Parisian authorities were ready to sell the stadium for 600 million euros, an exorbitant amount for a club which must control its expenses in connection with Financial Fair Play.
– Following negotiations for the sale of the Parc des Princes, PSG offered 38 million euros. It’s a ridiculous amount. Perhaps it is a bluff or a misunderstanding of what our democratic rules are,” quotes RFI Hidalgo.
PSG are at the top of the French rankings after 18 days with 47 points.
