CSKA head coach Vladimir Fedotov told that the army team missed the victory in the match with Lokomotiv not because of relaxation after a goal was scored and that the opponents were expelled, but because of poor implementation.
Last Sunday, CSKA failed to beat Lokomotiv in the Moscow derby. The railway workers responded to Zabolotny’s goal in the first half with Isidor’s ball at the very end of the game. In the 40th minute, Lokomotiv player Mitai was sent off for a second yellow card.
– Do you have something to say to those who say: CSKA gave the victory in the last match against Lokomotiv?
– When you don’t make so many chances, who can you complain to? Only to yourself, – the correspondent quotes Fedotov. – We led 1-0, we had a lot of chances, we should have used them more carefully and scored the second goal. We must pay tribute to the opponent: Lokomotiv did not give up, fought, looked for opportunities in the counter-attacks. Some miss, some find, that’s how football works. Complaints about poor performance against us are accepted, but I disagree that some sort of impressiveness has appeared in our game.

– In the second half, you made five substitutions. Gayich, Zdelar, Oblyakov, Zabolotny and Chalov left, Glebov, Kuchaev, Carrascal, Mukhin, Ermakov left. Do you want to repeat everything now?
