Forward Eduardo Guerrero scored a goal and an assist
Dawn beat Chernomorets in the 23rd round Ukrainian Premier League – 3:1.
Patrick van Leeuwen’s team scored twice in the first half. Eduardo Guerrero opened the scoring and Denis Antyukh scored the second goal.
Odessans managed to win back one ball before the break, Vitaly Ermakov scored. However, Zorya regained her two-goal advantage – Nazariy Rusin accurately shot after Guerrero’s pass.
Zorya scored 49 points and moved into second place in the UPL, one point ahead of Dnipro-1. It should be noted that Dnipro have two matches in hand and can return the second position after the meeting with Ingulets. Chernomorets has 23 points and is 12th.
In the next match, Zorya will play with Veres on May 3. Chernomorets will play Kolos on the same day.
