LNZ – Polissya – 1:2 FSK Mariupol – Gornyak-Sport – 2:1

About the best personalities and the main figures of the tour – here.

Goalkeeper – Roman Zhmurko (Epicenter)

At the end of the game, with a minimal advantage of his team, he saved three points for Epicenter by pulling Vivdic’s shot after going one on one. In addition, he confidently played on exits, during innings from set pieces, and also reacted to several less dangerous blows (first of all, from the active Globa, who had everything except the completion). I couldn’t save Galata from the goal – there is a good performance there. The victory over Kremen is important for Kamenchan because it keeps a realistic gap behind the group of leaders.

  • Best in Elimination Group Georgy Klimov (Gornyak-Sport)

Right back – Petr Kharzhevsky (FSK Mariupol)

Mariupol won the first conditionally home victory of FSK not in Demidov or Gnedin, but in another settlement near the capital – Boryspil. And the local stadium “Kolos”, which still remembers even the Major League, turned out to be lucky for the iconic club. There are several heroes in the strategic battle for survival with Gornyak-Sport, we note Kharzhevsky. He was active on his flank (say, Mochevinsky or Litovchenko could score from his innings), and he could also become the author of the first goal, dangerously punching from a free kick. He shares the blame for the missed ball with a colleague from the opposite flank – he gave Gromenko a serve, this one missed the ball and did not prevent Semka from scoring. However, for this he corrected himself with the amount of work, and the goal was not of decisive importance.

  • Best in Champion Group: Evgeny Morozko (Polesie)

Central defender – Andriy Gitchenko (Polesye)

LNZ has a good selection of attacking players – both for performing tasks on space and speed, and for the power component in the penalty area. Despite the intensity and tournament weight of the game, the experienced Gitchenko successfully resisted various threats from the Cherkasy team. It’s not his fault for the missed goal – Muravsky jumped out from behind another player. In other moments, on the contrary, LNZ often disrupted the attacking efforts, not even before the blow – before the decisive pass had to reach the addressee.

  • Best in Elimination Group: Vasily French (Prykarpattya)

Central defender – Stanislav-Nuri Malysh (Skoruk)

Another controversial character in defense. Like Kharzhevsky, Malysh made a mistake in the moment with a goal from his opponents – at first he did not interrupt the serve from the depths of the right flank, then he did not prevent Palahniuk from opening the scoring. But there is an important nuance – in the future, Stanislav-Nuri was rehabilitated by a tough game in defense and regular connections to other people’s goals. In the end, in fact, the jumping and tall Kid actually went on the attack – and succeeded! Somewhere on the third attempt, the defender closed Shapovalov’s serve and saved Skoruk from defeat.

  • Best in Champion Group: Igor Duts (Carpathians)

Left back – Mikhail Pysko (Prykarpattya)

With the new three-center-back setup, Shinkarenko and Pysko have a lot of room to play, and they make good use of it. Yes, Mikhail not only interacted well with Tsyutsyura (the moment with a free-kick assist was only one episode, they combined great from the game), but he also made a lot of passes with serves, and could also score against Chernihiv from a free kick.

  • Best in Champion Group: Vladimir Polevoy (Metallurg)

Central midfielder – Ambrosiy Chachua (Karpaty)

The middle line of the Lviv team withstood a tough fight with their colleagues from Obolon, but it must be admitted that Chachua and Bobko emerged victorious from it. We especially note Ambrose. He passed most of the accented attacks of the Karpaty through himself, participated in the combination game and work in the tackles, and most importantly, he did everything in a timely manner and at a pace. As an example, Hoblenko’s goal, where Chachua supported the attack and gently filed on the head of his striker. Another nuance – it was against Chachua that Frost fouled, leaving Kiev in the minority in the decisive segment of the match.

  • Best in elimination group: Daniil Kirichenko (Dinaz)

Right midfielder – Bogdan Orinchak (Dinaz)

The experienced Orinchak again left his native Prykarpattya, but now not for the ambitious and wealthy Volyn, but for Dinaz, which is fighting to maintain its first-league registration. Here Bogdan is in the top three of the most experienced and aged, despite his 29 years. And at an important moment it is Orinczak who takes over the game. When Dinaz lost 0:2 to the Poltava team at home, Bogdan’s bright game helped to recoup. He scored the first goal of the hosts in cooperation with Kos, and also performed a flank serve, corrected by Shkurat, after which Kirichenko equalized the score.

  • Best in Champion Group: Artem Kozak (Polesie)

Attacking midfielder – Vasily Tsyutsyura (Prykarpattya)

In the match with FC Chernihiv, which ended with the victory of the Carpathians and their coming out on top, two heroes are Barchuk, who opened the scoring, but was injured in the first half, and Tsyutsyura, who consolidated the advantage of Ivano-Frankivsk and was active throughout the game. Vasily earned the same free kick he used, doubling the score even before the break (this is a surprisingly important factor – Prykarpattya had lost points three times before, leading in the lead, and FC Chernihiv, on the contrary, bounced back four times under adverse circumstances).

  • Best in Champion Group: Andrey Bezhenar (Epicenter)

Left midfielder – Dmitry Shastal (Polesye)

Polissya has at his disposal high-class flank midfielders with a school of giants behind him, however, it was Shastal who came out at the base and demonstrated the game that the coaches demanded of him. Dmytro was surprisingly active and even in the first half he could open the scoring, combining great with Gritsuk, Budkovsky and the flanks. He did not hold on to one zone, but constantly shifted in a large space under the attacker. It was Shastal who earned a penalty under Gritsuk’s decisive goal.

  • Best in Elimination Group: Daniil Litovchenko (FSK Mariupol)

Forward – Philip Budkovsky (Polesye)

Budkovsky is the most status player in the First League. They always expect more from him and are not surprised by the stable and predictable advantage in attack that he provides for Polissya. This is especially significant in such significant matches as in Cherkassy. Philip squeezed out the first goal, one-on-one dealing with the defender after Kozak’s serve, and this is the 13th goal of the season for the leader of the race of the most accurate scorers. Budkovsky constantly diverted the attention of rivals, freeing up zones for Shastal, Kozak and flank defenders.

  • Best of Group Elimination: Oleg Kos (Dinaz)

Forward – Vasily Palahniuk (Bukovina)

At the beginning of the spring part of the season, Palahniuk found himself unusually in the shadow of Sergiychuk, but now it is clear that Vasily is gaining fighting form. In the match with Skoruk, the striker was successful everywhere, so he often found himself in shock positions. It was Palahnyuk who opened the scoring, reacting to Skrypnyk’s discount, and later he could score more than once. With the innovative staging of the game by the Chernivtsi team, Vasily felt the support of Faraseenko and Sergiychuk much more strongly, so he acted even more efficiently.

  • Best in Champion Group: Oleksiy Khoblenko (Carpathians)

Tour coach – Yuriy Kalitvintsev (Polesye)

Having lost four players at once in the CZ-OPZ quadrangle, Kalitvintsev managed to adapt the left-back Shapoval in the center of defense, and also risked putting 19-year-old Petruk next to Kushnirenko in the key match in Cherkasy – and they pulled work in the support zone. Having stellar, high-quality wingers Vakula and Yanakov, Polesie played against the LNZ without accentuated flank midfielders – insider Kozak played on the right, attacker Shastal played on the left, and this arrhythmia, asymmetry worked in stretching the defense of the hosts. Finally, Polissya showed strong-willed qualities and regained the advantage in the score in the second half. This is indeed a worthy victory for the new leader, who, even in the increased, denser competitive level of the Champions Group, bears the burden of leadership, regaining the first place.

Joker of the tour – Vladimir Polevoy (Metallurg)

This is a good tour for jokers: Mironyuk from Epicenter consolidated the advantage of his team in Kremenchuk (this goal actually became a winner), Shkurat from Dinaz provided an assist for a saving goal, Shapovalov from Skoruk assisted for a saving goal by Malysh in Chernivtsi, Mikhailenko from Mariupol also earned penalty for a decisive goal. But the craziest joker is the same age as Aliyev and Milevsky, who saved the Cossacks from a conditionally home defeat from Niva with his shot in stoppage time of the second half. An impressively important episode – and Vladimir, with his goal from an acute angle from a free kick, is a real symbol of professionalism.

  • Sport Arena stats: 11 league matches, 1 goal.

The best young player of the tour – Nikita Petruk (Polesie)

The 19-year-old midfielder has not yet had such a level of testing in his career, although he has already played a lot for the Zhytomyr team and even in the starting lineup. The fact is that the young graduate of the Zhytomyr region football, who before Polissya tried his hand in the Lviv Carpathians and Rukh, and was also called up to the youth team of Ukraine, was forced to replace the key player in the starting lineup – the injured Ogirya, moreover, another more experienced player who could to do this (Krushinsky) also ended up in the infirmary. Petruk unexpectedly confidently and reliably played in a duet with Kushnirenko, thanks to his partner he was able to avoid the jitters of the starting minutes and gave the Zhytomyr team an advantage in this difficult, decisive outing.

  • Sport Arena stats: 6 matches in the championship.
Tour goal – Ivan Bobko (Karpaty → Obolon)

Yes, what will you do! Beauty is enough. Here’s a match between Metallurg and Niva, and Kozak’s goals from the game and Polevoi from a free-kick can be taken to the exhibition right away. Defender (!) LNZ Muravsky scored with his heel. So we could have gone over a few more contenders, but that was the emotional high point of the tour. And this is the best goal of the week, which will be remembered at the end of the season. Quoting the report: “Bobko fell in the fight for the top ball with Fateev, earned a free kick and kicked the winning goal in the tenth stoppage minute with his left foot around the wall – 1:2. The second goal in four matches for Ivan! In fact, after that, the referee gave the final whistle.

Goal can be seen on video z 3:27

Hero of the tour – Bogdan Orinchak (Dinaz)

Read later on our website an interview with a player who scored himself and took part in a scoring combination, which allowed Vyshgorod team to recoup in a difficult match with SC Poltava.
