The football player’s income amounted to $136 million, 90 of which were sponsorship deals. The top 3 also included striker of the Argentina national team and PSG Lionel Messi (130 million) and teammate of the Argentine, French forward Kylian Mbappe (120 million).
Note that the Forbes list also includes tennis player Roger Federer. The Swiss, who ended his professional career last year, came in ninth with $95.1 million.
