Thanks to this victory, CSKA beat the Urals 3:2 on aggregate and qualified for the Superfinal of the tournament.

In the first half of extra time, CSKA midfielder Jesus Medina scored the game’s first goal with a precise shot. In the 51st minute, Ural midfielder Rai Vlut responded with an accurate penalty, which he earned himself.

CSKA’s victory was brought by a shot from striker Fedor Chalov, which entered the game in the 57th minute.

CSKA have reached the Superfinal of the Russian Cup and the Urals will fight for the opportunity to play the last match of the tournament with the winner of the Krasnodar-Akron pair. This meeting will also take place today, May 3, on the bullring field.
