Ferdinand, Cech and Adams inducted into Premier League Hall of Fame

English Premier League Hall of Fame replenished with three legendary football players: the ex-defender of Arsenal Tthey are adams, former Chelsea and Arsenal goalkeeper Petr Cechas well as ex-centerback Rio Ferdinandwho rose to prominence at Manchester United.

Adams is best known for his storied career at London’s Arsenal, where he made 334 appearances in all competitions between 1983 and 2002, scoring 17 goals.

Ferdinand played for Manchester United from 2002 to 2014, making over 300 appearances for the team. He also has 81 caps for England.

Petr Cech played with Chelsea from 2004 to 2015. On account of his 333 games in the club. Together with the Blues, the Czech goalkeeper won the Premier League four times, and also won the Champions League in 2012.

Petr Cech spent the last four seasons of his playing career with Arsenal. He also played 124 games for the Czech national team, for which he played from 2002 to 2016.

Previously, legendary coaches Alex Ferguson and Arsene Wenger were included in the Premier League Hall of Fame. The two former coaches are the first to receive this honor in 2023. Wenger and Ferguson are the first managers to be inducted into the Premier League Hall of Fame, before them the honorary award was given only to players.

The first officials to be inducted into the Premier League Hall of Fame were Alan Shearer and Thierry Henry.
