Federal National Court, having read the appeal, according to Article. 30 and 31 CONI CGS, with which Piacenza Calcio 1919 Srl asks to ensure the regularity of the match. Pergolet-Triestina, valid on the 38th day of the Serie C championship, and contests the resolution of the Italian Professional Football League referred to in CU n. 225 of April 28, 2023, setting the date for the play-outs, considering that if a sporting offense is found in this match (as there are some indications), Triestina will be relegated to their place and they will continue to play play-outs; therefore requests that the Court take action to establish the facts by hearing or otherwise and, if the conditions are met, impose sanctions on those responsible for the wrongful act; Bearing in mind that the first stage of the draw has been scheduled for 6 May 2023, he also asks the President of the Court, by a single decree, to suspend the said resolution no. 225 of 28 April 2023, in order to avoid a play-out that would make the applicant’s situation irreversible.
