Earlier, the RFU announced that Kukulyak will judge the meeting between Rostov and Fakel instead of Vitaly Meshkov. According to the RFU, the replacement of the referee took place due to the recurrence of Meshkov’s injury. Fakel turned to the head of the RFU’s refereeing department, Pavel Kamantsev, to ask him to comment on the decision.
