The National Federal Court, presided over by Roberto Proietti, sanctioned Regina 1914 (Serie B) with 4 penalty points in the standings to be served in the current sports season, and also ordered the suspension of the managing director and temporary legal representative for 3 months. Club Paolo Castaldi.
The company, already sanctioned by the TFN with 3 demerit points on April 17 last year, has been held accountable and directly liable for a number of misconduct in managerial and economic matters.
