The Ukrainian Football Association announced an appeal filed against the decision of the capital’s Pechersk Court.
Andriy Pavelko continues to fulfill his duties as the President of the Ukrainian Football Association. This was reported by the press service of the UAF.
The organization noted that an appeal has been filed against Themis’ decision, and until it is considered, Pavelko will be able to perform his duties in full.
“A court hearing was held on another attempt to ‘remove’ Andrei Pavelko from his position.”
We remind you once again that the court’s decision, which in the first instance partially satisfied the petition of the prosecutors for the temporary “dismissal” of Andrei Pavelko, has not been implemented and is being appealed to the appeals court. An appeal will also be filed against the new court decision.
Andriy Pavelko, as well as UAF Secretary General Yuriy Zapisotsky, continue to perform their official duties,” the UAF said.
It will be remembered, on the eve of the Pechersky District Court of Kyiv extended the removal from office for Andriy Pavelko until July 9.
