On Friday, May 12, Al Ain, led by Sergei Rebrov, played at home in the final match of the UAE Championship against Al Batayeh.
The scoring was opened by winger Andriy Yarmolenko. Already in the second minute of the meeting, the Ukrainian who bypassed the ball from the penalty sent the ball into the net of the opponent’s goal.

In total, Yarmolenko took part in 31 matches as part of Al Ain, also recording six assists.
It should be noted that Yarmolenko’s contract with Al Ain is calculated until June 2023 and, as previously reported, the club does not plan to renew the contract with the Ukrainian.
