Marseille coach appreciates Malinowski’s adaptation to the team

Igor Tudor describes the strengths of the Ukrainian football player.

Marseille head coach Igor Tudor spoke about the team’s midfielder Ruslan Malinovsky.

According to the specialist, the Ukrainian player makes mistakes, but he is exactly what he wants to see in his squad.

“Yes, he lost important goals in the second half against Lens, but he played well against Lyon. He is the player we want because he is very technical, he has a fantastic mentality, he understands football.”

“Of course there is pressure, every player has to adapt, especially considering that he came from the Italian league. Moving to big clubs has consequences. But I believe in him because of his football and also human qualities,” Tudor is quoted as saying by RMC sport.

Malinowski has played 19 games for Marseille in all competitions this season, scoring two goals.

It was previously reported that a Ukrainian teammate could be disqualified for several games.
