Tatum sets NBA scoring record in playoff decider

Boston forward Jason Tatum set a new National Basketball Association record for performance in the playoff final.

Tatum scored 51 points in the seventh match of the series with Philadelphia, and also made 13 rebounds and 5 assists. The forward did not allow a single loss, also setting a playoff scoring record for games without a loss.

Boston defeated Philadelphia in the seventh match. Teitum’s team made a decisive breakthrough in the third quarter, which they won by 23 points.

The Celtics will face Miami in the Eastern Conference Finals. The first match of the series will take place in Boston on the night of May 18th.
