West Ham fans and players reject attack by AZ ultras after LK match

The aggressive fans of the Dutch club could not penetrate the British sector.

Tragedy almost ended the second Conference League semi-final match between AZ and West Ham. It will be remembered that the English club defeated the opponent for the second time and reached the final of the competition.

After the game, the Dutch fans, angry at this result, tried to start a fight in the away sector. A large number of ultras broke the fence and attacked the stands.

It is worth noting that the families of the West Ham footballers were in the stands at the time, so the Hammers players immediately rushed to help Knollsey and his friend. Particularly notable is Lucas Paqueta, who tried to stop several people at once.
