The press service of the MIR of the Russian Premier League (RPL) congratulated Kazan “Ruby” with a return to the elite division.
On Saturday, Rubin beat Baltika Kaliningrad (1-0) in the MELBET-First League 32nd round game and secured an earlier than expected return to the RPL a season after relegation.
– “Ruby”! Happy to see you again! We haven’t seen each other for a year, but we missed you very much,” the RPL said in a statement.
Baltika had also previously secured a ticket to the Premier League.
